Often the teahouses have rooms on twin bed a sharing basis. If you are in your group then you can share the room with them otherwise sometimes other trekkers may share with you as well. Private rooms during the trek can cost extra charge.

Besides the room, they provide a hot shower, electricity, and Wi-Fi Facility at an extra charge. Each of these services can cost around USD 2-5 perperson. These costs can vary from place to place as in a higher elevation the cost can be higher in comparison to a lower elevation. But the Wi-Fi and electricity may not be as reliable as you think.

In Kathmandu, the accommodation is included with breakfast. However, during the Pikey Peak Hike, all the meals including Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
