The trekking route to Ama Yangri Peak follows the ascending path inside the deep, lush green forest to Ama Yangri Base Camp (3371m), which takes around 1 hour of walking.

Afterwards, continue the trek, ascending through the trail that offers beautiful natural scenery. Another 2 hours of walking takes you to the summit of Ama Yangri Peak, where there is a monastery named Ama Chummu Yangri.
