Trek like walking in Heaven.
While we stayed in Kathmandu we looked for a good and guide-owned trekking company with fair conditions for the Nepali guides and porters. So we choose Overland Trek Nepal. Also, our request via email was replied very kind and fast and so we meet Mr. Gautam (Nick) at his office. He is a really nice and helpful guy who gives us a lot of useful information and organize everything for us. We ask him for a nice trek which is not that much crowd and he offers us the Khopra Danda trek via Poon Hill. Also the price he offers us was really good and fair.
The trekking itself was absolutely great. The trek is not that busy and touristic and we had great and silent days in nature. It was an amazing trip for us.
With our Guide Santosh, we made the best Deal. He is a really smart and nice guy who knows a lot about the Mountains, about Nepal, about the Nepali society, and the life itself. It was a pleasure to meet and to travel with him. We had a lot of interesting conversations and card games in the evening;) Also our porter Purna was very nice and helpful. It was a great time with both of them.
I would like to recommend the Overland Trek Nepal very highly to all the people who made plan to visit in Nepal in future. I think it was a great deal and the best choice we could make.
