Day 1:Arrival in Kathmandu transfer to hotel preparation for trekking and overnight in Kathmandu

Once you land at the international airport in Kathmandu. A representative from Overland Trek Nepal will assist you with your accommodation. Once you check in rest for a while and later head out for a stroll around Thamel, a touristic hub of Kathmandu. In the afternoon meet with your guide and join in for a special welcome dinner program.

Day 2: Kathmandu to Pokhara by tourist bus and overnight in Pokhara (800m)

Following the winding roads of Prithvi highway, head towards Pokhara. The journey takes you past various scattered settlements dotted along hilltops and following the rapids of the Trishuli and Marsyangdi Rivers.  Upon reaching Pokhara head towards your accommodation. Later head out to explore the lakeside and visit various pubs, and restaurants in the region.

Day 3: Pokhara to Nayapul by private transport 1:30hrs and trek to Ghandruk (1940m)

After breakfast head towards Nayapul, the starting point of your trek. The trail is covered with dense woodland of sub-tropical forests and miles of undergrowth. Travers across a well-paved series of stone steps to Ghandruk. 

Ghandruk is a renowned village on the Annapurna circuit. The village perched on a hilltop provides mesmerizing views of the snowcapped peaks of Mt Annapurna, Mt Machhapuchhre, Gangapurna, and Mt Hiunchuli. Upon reaching the village head towards your accommodation. Later witness the views of the sunset from the porch of your tea house.

Day 4: Trek Ghandruk to Tadapani (2630m)

Today’s hike is short, and you will be traversing steep inclines in a few sections but mostly it is on flat surfaces. The trail is covered with lush forests with varieties of ferns and miles of undergrowth. Upon reaching Tadapani proceed towards your accommodation, and later head out to explore the region.

Day 5: Trek Tadapani to Bayeli Kharka (3450m)

After breakfast head into the trial, following sections covered with lush dense woodlands on a series of stone-paved tracks. Along the way witness views of mountains covered by the forest canopy. After checking in at a tea house in Bayle Kharka head out to explore the area and witness majestic views at sunset.

Day 6:Bayle Kharka to Khopra Danda (3,660m)

Today you will be racing to Khopra Danda, a ridge providing grand views of the Annapurna region. The trek is easy, and you will be traversing across lush woodlands toward alpine barren lands. At Khopra Danda witnesses mesmerizing views at dusk from the porch of the tea house.

Day 7 :Explore day, hiking Khopra Lake and overnight at Khopra Danda. (4,500m)

After breakfast head towards Khopra Lake, nestled at an altitude of 4,500 meters. The lake is regarded as holy by Hindus, and Buddhist devotees, and taking a dip at this lake is regarded to purify your sins and help you on the way to liberation.

Along with the trail witness astonishing views of the mountains and the lush deep wilderness. Upon reaching the lake sit beside the tranquil waters and soak in the energy of the region. Later head back to Khopra Danda.

Day 8:Trek Khopra Danda to Shikha (1935m)

Today’s trek is long, but you will mostly be traversing downhill sections. Start early after breakfast traversing across sections of forest and crossing various settlements. Upon reaching Shikha head towards your accommodation and rest. Later head out and start friendly conversations with the locals.

Day 9: Trek Shikha to Beni Tatopani (1200m) Hot Spring

After breakfast head towards Beni, Tatopani. Upon reaching Tatopani head towards the renowned hot water spring of the region. Soak in the healing hot waters of the Himalayas and later celebrate the night with your team.

Day 10: Tatopani – Beni – Pokhara (800m) by bus.

Day 11: Pokhara to Kathmandu (1400 m) by tourist bus

After breakfast, you will be heading towards Kathmandu. The drive takes around 6 to 7 hours following the rapids of Marsyangdi River and eventually Trishuli River. Once you reach Kathmandu head towards your accommodation. Later in the evening join in for a special dinner program to mark the end of your adventure.

Day 12: Departure to international airport or if you have few days extra in Kathmandu you can chill, shopping, sightseeing etc.
