Itinerary

Day 1:Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 meters /4592 feet)

After you land at the Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted by the representative of Overland Trek Nepal. And you will be transferred to your Hotel. Rest of the day you will do a short visit to the heart of Kathmandu Thamel.  free for you to explore around and relax. In the evening, you will meet with your tour guide. He will brief you about the tour. Many cafes and restaurants in Thamel serve mouth-watering food. Help yourself to one of them and end your day enjoying delicious food.

Meal: – Welcome Dinner

Day 2: Kathmandu valley guided tour

Today, you will go on a guided tour. You will visit various monuments like Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan  Durbar Square, Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath, etc. All of these places are part of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. You will get to see precise art & architecture along with the rich culture and history of Nepal during your tour.

Day 3: Kathmandu to Chitwan and activities

After having breakfast, you will begin driving towards Chitwan. The route will present you with superb views of lush green hills, rivers, waterfalls, and dense forests. Upon reaching Chitwan, you will head to your hotel and relax for a few hours. Later in the evening, you will explore around and end your day with good food.

Day 4: Full day Jungle and Safari

Today, you will visit Chitwan National Park and be part of many activities. You will go on Elephant Jungle Safari during which you will get to witness wildlife like one-horned rhinos, tigers, deer, etc. After that, you will visit the Elephant breeding center and go on a deep jungle walk. Later in the evening, you will visit nearby Tharu village where you will get to see the rich culture, tradition, and daily lifestyle of indigenous people.

Day 5: Drive to Pokhara; 3-4 hours

Upon reaching Pokhara, you will relax and visit Lakeside Market. This is a very popular tourist place in Pokhara. You will see many vendors selling different goodies in their stalls. Later, you will go boating on calm Fewa Lake while enjoying a stunning view of Mt. Machhapuchhre and Mt. Dhaulagiri.

Day 6:Pokhara and Sarangkot full day Sightseeing

You will visit several landmarks in Pokhara. The day will start early. You will drive to Sarangkot viewpoint from where you will get to see outstanding views of Mt. Annapurna (8,091 m), Mt. Dhaulagiri (8,167 m), Mt. Machhapuchhre (6,993 m), etc. After that, you will return to Pokhara and visit landmarks like Davi’s Falls, Gupteshwor Cave, Bat Cave, World Peace Pagoda, International Mountain Museum, etc.

Day 7 :Depart Kathmandu

After having breakfast, you will drive to Kathmandu by tourist bus which takes around 5-6 hrs. When you reach Kathmandu Hotel take a rest and be fresh, and in the evening, enjoy last-minute shopping and nightlife in Thamel Overnight at the Hotel.
