However, Everest Base Camp Trek without flight allows you to explore the unspoiled region of Lower Everest. It is the best option for adventure seekers who want to experience a different trip than a typical Lukla Flight.
The best part of this trek is visiting the remote areas of the lower Khumbu Region. Everest Base Camp Trek without a flight takes you closer to the untouched beauty of this region. Avoiding the Lukla flight allows your body to strengthen against the Altitude sickness. Therefore, even a novice trekker with excellent physical fitness can complete this trek.
Your EBC Trek by Jeep begins from Kathmandu driving to Thamdanda via Salleri. The initial walk starts from Thamdanda to Phakding and connects with the regular EBC Trek Route. Likewise, passing Phakding, Monjo and Jhorsale villages takes you to Namche Bazaar. The bustling town of Namche Bazaar is the gateway to Mt. Everest. However, many things can be seen during the trek without a flight. It is all about exploring the untouched villages and cultural settlements of the Everest Trek. Moreover, another reason to choose this trek is to avoid the frequent Lukla flight delays and cancellations.
