Tindhara jharna (made from three streams) is the latest destination which lies in Kavre district, the eastern part of Kathmandu. This waterfall is located in Kaphal Dada of the Rushi municipality in the Kavre District. People also call Bahubali jharna evolved from the waterfall scene of the Bahubali movie which is exactly the like Tindhara Jharna. This waterfall is around 350m tall and looks like amazing natural beauty and stunning views of this fall with beautiful green forest around.

How is Tindhara Jharna(Waterfall)?

This waterfall was unknown to the people which are had been there for hundreds of years But now it has become very popular after some people took some pictures by drone in February 2020 and uploaded them on YouTube. So now this place is gaining popularity because of the beautiful waterfall inside the green forest which is a very tall and beautiful green hill from where can see amazing stunning views of mountains, the local village, Big green forest it’s like the viewpoint people are feeling like they are on the top of the world so now this place became very crowded, peoples are coming from neighboring districts.

However, Every day more than five hundred people visit this place. Now this place going to be the best tourist destination for the day hike. Apart from exploring this place The Namobuddha monastery, the beautiful viewpoint of Dhulikhel, the beautiful cultural Newari village Dapcha village, and Banepa Bazaar are also the major attractions on the way to Tindhara waterfall.

The Tindhara Jharna is around 75Km far from Thamel, Kathmandu. A short bike drive from Kathmandu will take you to Dhulikhel via Banepa Bazaar. From Dhulikhel will drive by unpaved and bumpy roads threw Kavre Bhanjyang, Fulbari, Namobuddha, Dapcha village ( one of the old Newari settlements), Jaruwakhola to the beginning of Kafaldada almost 3.5 hrs drive then we will start to walk around 30/45 minutes then you will see the beautiful waterfall Tindhara waterfall. This place is located in a very remote area but due to this happening in terms of the safety of travelers and convenience the local governing body also trying to improve the trail to the waterfall as it has become a beautiful tourist destination.
