This Tibet Tour with EBC (Everest Base Camp) is the most demanding popular tour to Tibet where we start one of the most spectacular overland journeys on the 920 km stretch of road, known as the Friendship Highway between Kathmandu to Lhasa, and fly back from there. The trip allows a number of detours to the highlights of the Tsang Province and Lhasa City.

Day 1:Kathmandu to Lhasa (3,650m)

Early morning will catch the flight from Kathmandu to Lhasa. When arrive at Lhasa airport our team will take you to the hotel. After your short rest just move out for acclimatization to digest the high altitude then in the evening move out from the hotel and stroll around.

Day 2: Day 2 and 3In Lhasa: Two Full Days Sightseeing Tour In Lhasa

In the morning Visit Potala Palace which is the iconic landmark of Lhasa, Then by afternoon explore the Jokhang Temple which is a spiritual center for Tibetan local people & walk around Barkhor Bazaar, Drepung Monastery which is one of the “Great Three” Gelug University monasteries. and Sera Monastery known for its lively monk debates and evening time can explore the local markets.

Day 4: Lhasa – Gyantse (3950m) –Shigatse

Drive to Gyantse via Yamadroke Lake and high passes: Kora LA (5,010m) & Kamba La (4,794m) After Breakfast, Sight-seeing in Gyantse including Pholkor & Kumbum Monastery. PM: scenic drive to Xigatse (1.5 hours) through the typical Tibetan Countryside.

Day 5: Shigatse – Xegar (4200m)

Visit Panchen Lama’s Tashilhumpu Monastery the seat of the Panchen Lama. Then Drive to Xegar with picturesque landscapes. crossing over Gyatchula (a pass of 5,200m) then arrival in Xegar and accommodation check-in.

Day 6: Xegar to Rongbuk (4980m) 90km

Day 7:Ronbuk – Everest Base camp – Kerong
