Tibet Tour 7 night 8 days Kathmandu to Lhasa overland tour is a beautiful journey from Kathmandu to Lhasa. 7 – 8 hours drive following the Friendship Highway exploring some of the most amazing landscapes on the earth. Our representative will take you to the Tibet border and introduce you to our Tibetan guide. after all the immigration formalities are done in Kurung and from here you will start the actual tour to Tibet which covers approximately a distance of around 1100km. In this Tibet overland tour, you will enjoy sightseeing around Potala Palace, Norbulinka Palace, the great Drepung Monastery, and Jokhang temple, and walk along the crowded Tibetan market and the bustling Barkhor bazaar in Lhasa. After having visited these entire places our representative will drop you at the Gojar airport which is near Lhasa. Where you will either take a flight back to Kathmandu or onward destinations.
Early morning after breakfast will catch the private transport and then departure from Kathmandu towards the Kerung Border with an amazing scenic landscape view. However, when we reach in Kerung Border we will do some documentation work to get approval to cross into China.
