Poon Hill Hotspring Trekking is one of the best panorama trekking in Nepal. One of the routes in the Annapurna region is called Nature Paradise and reaches a cultural heritage trail in Nepal Himalaya.

Poon Hill Hotspring Trekking offers you spectacular mountain scenery through charming villages inhabited particularly by the Gurung & Magars, a dense Rhododendron forest full of birds and deep sub-tropical valleys, all set below the Annapurna mountain with the picturesque peak of Machhapuchhare (the sacred mountain) fishtail peak, dominating the skyline. The Poon Hill trek is one of the easiest treks in the Annapurna range but it is still challenging.

How Trip Begins?

Beginning with the flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara (a famous tourist city in Nepal) then we will take a drive to Nayapul which is the starting point of most Annapurna regions. Then, we hike to Ulleri via birthdate (the first check-in point of the trekking). On the second of trekking, we move towards Ghorepani passing an amazing Gurung community village. The next day we hike uphill to Poonhill from where we enjoy the beautiful sunrise and view of the Annapurna Range and breakfast at a tea house.

What is Ghorepani & How is it?

Ghorepani was a rest stop where ancient traders found water (Pani in Nepali) for their horses (Ghoda in Nepali), thus leading to the nomenclature of Ghorepani. Then we make our next destination to Tadapani passing through the Rhododendron forest. We walk slowly walk downhill to Jhinu and Hot Spring ( the highlight of the Poon Hill Hot Spring Trek). There we relax at a hot spring for some hours and get relief from our physical stress from the trek. The warm water on the hot spring comes directly from inside through the stone. After relaxing in the hot spring we will end our trek and move to Pokhara and then to Kathmandu.

You will be able to enjoy one of the most exciting experiences of your lifetime. Also, it becomes a story to tell to others and we hope you will encourage them to visit Nepal once.
